Growing up in the Midwest, Greg acquired a taste for radio at a young age. He started his radio career in 1991 and launched his first commercial Top 40 radio station in 1999 (currently 107.5 KISS FM). He spent the last 28 years in radio broadcasting—24 of those with iHeart Radio—and retired in 2019 to work for the family business. While Greg was overseeing up to 68 radio stations at any one time, he also mentored 10 individuals, helping them acquire jobs in bigger markets than where they began.
Greg lives in West Des Moines, Iowa with his wife Lisa and two children. He is often referred to as Lisa’s oldest child.

Jason grew up with aspirations of becoming the best pool player in the world, and at age 17, was one of the best up and comers in the Midwest. Realizing there was little money in pool, Jason took a cue (get it?) and instead earned an accounting degree at the University of Northern Iowa.
After a successful stint in Houston working in acquisitions, Jason returned to the Midwest and grabbed the reigns of Diamond Oil Company, a business his father started back in the late 70s. In the past 20 years, the company has experienced significant growth, becoming a leader in the marketplace.
Today, Jason enjoys watching his boys play sports—he is their biggest fan. If he could do it all over again, he would be a professional race car driver. If that had been his career path, you would have never met him.
